People of STA: Meet Mrs. Them Dang

Meet Mrs. Them Dang, Deputy Director at STA.

She is the person who keeps STA running smoothly, overseeing day-to-day operations, people and HR, and building the internal processes and procedures that help our team work effectively and grow.

Before joining STA, she held management positions at a Japanese company and later at Medcomm, gaining extensive experience across healthcare, distribution, technology, and business operations.

At STA, she brings that experience together to turn ideas into processes, and processes into execution.

She is one of the people behind STA — and one of our STARs.
